The Minnesota-based filmmaker and actor was speaking from a Maryland location during the filming of The Storm, a Cameroonian movie directed by Obed Joe and produced by Emmanuel Takusi. Written by Ngamne himself, the movie, TIPTOPSTARS is reliably told, is ready for public consumption. It makes the much-awaited triumphant outing on Saturday March 22, 2014 at an event in Maryland, its birth place.
