 Columbus is set to be swept off its feet on April 5, 2025, when the highly anticipated Liberian movie, "When Love Happens," officially premieres. The film’s release has generated significant buzz, particularly as Columbus will host its maiden USA premiere.“I’m excited about this new Liberian movie, especially because it’s coming to Columbus,” Freeman, a local film enthusiast, shared with this reporter. “It will be my first experience attending such an event since relocating here in 2016, so I can’t wait to be among the first to watch When Love Happens.” Another movie lover, Darlene, expressed her admiration for the Liberian film industry and its recent progress.
