If in April, you are told that Cameroon has grabbed a trophy at the Africa Movie Academy Awards, AMMA, do not bother to find out what movie would have made us that proud. Joyce Kucha's China Wahala is the only Cameroonian movie nominated for the 2010 edition of the prestigious competition. It is featuring in the Best African Disapora Movie category alongside Soul Diaspora, Okra Principle and Crunch.

On the line to China, the producer of China Wahala told TIPTOPSTARS he was happy his movie is featuring at AMMA. "But we still to keep our fingers crossed and hope that China Wahala grabs the trophy," Kuchah said. "Then, we can celebate," he added.

First released in 2007, China Wahala is the maiden production of BJ Production Studio. It is directed by Joych Kuchah, featuring Jennet Atem, Tongkeh, Fowale, Agnes Atem, Elvis Fombang, Michael Munteh, Leo Zhang (Chinese) and Boyce Jr. Mua.
