Alenne Menget is a household name. There has been no big showbiz event in Cameroon of late without his active involvement. Perhaps, the coming of his production company, ATS has been one of Cameroon’s most valuable blessing in the entertainment industry. In his bid to promote creative initiatives by young Cameroonians, Alenne who is an oral artist par excellence has opted to partner with others to turn dreams to reality. After the Fix It with Sama Ndango, his involvement was felt again in the recent Cam Movies Hang-Out Party. As co-organizer, what did he make of the maiden edition of the Cam Movies Merit Awards, CMMA? This and more are the questions our lady, Carista Asonganyi put to the CEO of ATS productions. They met in Buea. Excerpt!

Carista Asonganyi (CA): Hi Alenne, thanks for granting me audience.

Alenne Menget (AM): You are welcome.

CA: Being a co-organizer of this event would you say the Cam Movies Merit Award ceremony was a success?

AM: I wouldn’t organize anything that does not succeed.

CA: What would you say was the reason for this success?

AM: Sacrifice and hard work. This event wouldn’t be a success if much sacrifice and hard work wasn’t employed.

CA: How do you assess the appearance of your celebrities this evening?

AM: Beautiful. They all looked good and classy.

CA: Are you back next year for the same event?

AM: Obviously, we will be back. This will become an annual event.

CA: What is it you will bring as innovation next year?

AM: We will start preparations earlier and try to get more sponsors.

CA: One last word…

AM: We love what tip top stars is doing keep it up.
