The Bright Phase is a Cameroon based music team with an initial team of four lead singers and a host of dancers. The group came in to existence in 2oo3 with Sylva and Pally as co-founders. Beryl Bright later joined in, followed by Bemo Bright, in 2004. Recently Shirlly Bright has also joined the group, raising the number to 5 lead singers.

Bright Phase has as its objective the use of music as a medium to communicate profound wisdom, knowledge and understanding to the masses for effective and maximum productivity in various areas of human endeavours. It is also dedicated to helping younger people discover and bring out the hidden treasures in them.
From its inception the group has made a series of musical tours in almost every province in Cameroon, most of them under the banner of Nation Builders International, a Non-Governmental Organization. In 2004, they travelled to Nigeria under the banner of this NGO where it took the opportunity to come out with its first album titled WHY RELIGION under the Label Cromer Decibel. In 2005 the group returned to Cameroon and produced its second album, with Molindo Emile Ngumbah of M1 Studios Buea as Producer. This one was titled Africa Na4 Be4.

2007 was another year of great achievements for Bright Phase, as they did the video production of the album Africa Na4Be4 with the Blue Drops Studios with director wegmuller efukoa and later travelled again to Nigeria. They came out with their third album titled NO MORE WAR. This album was produced in collaboration with two great Nigerian Stars, Deji and Efe. In the same year the group returned to Cameroon where it had a contract with WWF-Coastal Forest Programme to help in the development of a song on the conservation of Nature and wildlife which was a success.

Bright Phase has participated in a series of programmes on CRTV, STV and other local TV stations in Cameroon. The group won the Best Monday Show of the year 2006 over CRTV. Their Video clips are presently being played on CRTV, STV, Canal 2, RTN, CBN, and even on foreign TVs like EBS in Nigeria and the famous African Magic. Ultimately they have been nominated by the Kora All African Music Awards board of juries as the best music group in Cameroon and one of the best in central Africa. They are presently looking forward to start the regional concert tour in central African countries for nomination proceedings of the best group in Africa .They are a people characterise with success and humility.
