After Yaounde and Douala, Pheonix Scar will be launched in Buea on 6 June 2008. “Echoes of both launches have provoked anxiety in the entire South West Province, reason why we will not waste much time to introduce Pheonix Scar to movie fans there,” producer Agbor Steve explains. To the young film maker, the Buea launch will be a “Don’t Miss” event. Pheonix Scar is an epic movie shot in Mamfe.
