muna--ngaska2.jpgManaging author’s rights in Cameroon, from all indications is a herculean task. The gospel singer was installed recently in Yaounde by the Minister of Culture, Ama Tutu Muna. It is hoped that Ngaska has kicked off fully and that calm will return to the house.
