For the first time, a multi-faceted showbiz event will be happening, at least in contemporary times. The entertainment-packed cocktail event will offer an irresistibly rich menu - live music performances, fashion parade to display Cameroon’s ever appealing dressing designs, presentation of movie celebrities and what have you. Call it the Fix It Show, a brain-boxed creation of showbiz guru and talent coach Sama Ndango in collaboration with some Cameroon-based artists including fashion designer Ndisang Renata. According to the organizers, the Fix It Show will be an open venue for guests to know who is who and who does what and can do what. Most important, the event will be a veritable show of what our stars or better still idols wear and who designs them. Such designers/stylists will have the singular opportunity of selling their projects to guest in a bid to expand their business visions. As expected, the Fix It Show has already won media attention. From all indications, there will a jam at the event’s venue with the armada of reporters trying to pick every bid of it. “Anything Sama Ndango is worth covering. He is a serious young Cameroonian,” a journalist had told this reporter some times ago. The said journalist and others will surely be giving the Fix It Show the coverage it deserves.
