Since
then, Ivo's passion for the mic has remained intact. That is why he's highly
solicited as Master of Ceremony (MC) for most Yaounde weddings and other parties and
functions. He has also been spokesperson for artistes such as Sergeo Polo,
Sammy Diko, Fred Bolo, Guy Manu, etc and emcee music concerts.
When Partem pays tribute to those who paved his
way into broadcasting, the list is long: Jean Martene Ndi, Charles Ndongo,
Sally Messio, Ambroise Wally, Kouam Djilo, Rose Ntube Ngolle, Hanna Ekonde, Mbep
Emanuel, Stanley Zingo, Simeon Fotso, Babel
and Annie Fortune. He urges youths to abide by the laws of the land, respect
each other, be tolerant and hard working.
"They should not also forget to say bonjour to their neighbours each
time they get out of bed," the humble Partem says. "They would be good citizens
if they did that.
