For a couple of months now,
movie lovers in Cameroon, west of the Mungo have been savouring the warm
companion of Bih Kaba, a movie
produced by Bamanda-based film maker and actress, Elizabeth Anguh.The movie was
launched in Bamenda and Yaounde and is said to have been making great strides
on the market. Bih Kaba is directed by Nji Derrick and features renowned
English-speaking Cameroonian actors and actresses including; Gerald Ngeh, Vugah
Samson, Mac Ngwei, Sally Prudencia, Menget John, Sammy Fongang, Libota McDonald
and Willy de Paris. It was shot in Bamenda and Douala and centres on traditional beliefs
that clash with contemporary ideals.
