Jerry Tosam is a name you would soon get familiar with. He is a rising reggae star whose single Where is your conscience has been in the market for a couple of months now. According to the young artiste who is also a teacher of philosophy in Mbalmayo, his maiden album will be released early next year. It will consist of songs such as The Rejected Stone, African Chameleons, Are we the Dregs and The Wind of Change. In these songs Jerry Tosam exploit themes such as corruption, injustice, equal opportunity, youths and the change of mentality, love etc. In his songs, the talented 1.90m-tall artist from Kom appeals to the consciences of men. He has performed a few times in the French Cultural Center in Yaounde. He works with other artist such as RAS I. and Sinclair Gabriel.
